This project features automated end-to-end regression runs checking auth flows, payment syncs, and telemetry channels prior to production release.

01 / The Challenge

A global risk intelligence provider needed to monitor active geopolitical conflicts, airspace closures, and volcanic hazards in real time. The platform had to ingest tens of thousands of live data feeds per minute and broadcast updates to hundreds of aviation security teams and risk analysts concurrently with absolute reliability.

02 / Our Solution

We engineered a real-time serverless pipeline using Cloudflare Workers and Hono to ingest and process global threat data. Using Durable Objects, we broadcasted live event feeds to clients via persistent WebSocket connections. An interactive WebGL globe built with Three.js and Globe.gl was leveraged to plot coordinate heatmaps with dynamic threat markers and airspace boundaries, while Vectorize enabled instant semantic event search.

03 / System Outcome

ClearSky Monitor launched as a high-scale dashboard for global security operations centers. The platform handles peak spikes of 50,000 events/sec without degradation, keeping flight dispatchers and analysts informed with average alert delivery under 500ms.
