Contact form. When you write to us, we receive the name, email, company, project details, budget, and timeline you enter. We use them only to reply and to prepare a proposal. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Email. If you email us directly, we keep the conversation for as long as it is useful for the relationship or required by law.

Analytics (only if you accept). If you accept the analytics prompt, a small script measures page views and stores one random anonymous identifier in your browser storage. We use it to see which pages are useful. It is not used for advertising and is not shared with ad networks. If you decline, the script is never loaded.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Contact-form messages are delivered by Resend, an email delivery provider. These providers act on our instructions and may process data outside the EU under standard contractual safeguards.

Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after 24 months. Project records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting and contracts. Analytics data is kept in aggregate form.

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export your personal data, and you can object to processing or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within one month.

You also have the right to complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
